The Backyard is located in the heart of Texas Hill Country in a natural, open-air setting enveloped in the shade of 400-year-old live oaks. Multi-tiered decks, fishponds and green terraced lawns illuminate the magic of the amphitheater's atmosphere. This one of a kind amphitheater hosts music as varied and eclectic as the people of Austin. The Backyard is also host to first class private events and benefits, from Seagram's launch of their new Margaritaville tequila featuring a performance by Jimmy Buffet, to the National Golf Association's tournament reception to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Austin.

The Backyard is also known for doing smaller events such as weddings and receptions with our 400 year old oak tree being the center of attention. There is also an indoor space attached to the venue that can accomodate groups of 50 to 200. This climate controlled area may be used for VIP receptions, silent auctions or any other need your event may require. Complete your party with a Hill Country feel, a warm fireplace, and a bar overlooking the beautiful Backyard.
